Go Trail Experience is operated by Olivier Goossens. Operating area: Soignies / Mons, Hainaut, Belgium. Supplied business number: 0669.400.760. VAT: BE0669400760.

Enquiries and bookings
The form sends an enquiry to GTE. Olivier checks riding level, motorcycle and availability before confirming. No payment is collected on this website. Payment and rescheduling terms are provided before the booking is final. Statutory consumer rights remain applicable.
Your personal information
Olivier Goossens / GTE is responsible for processing enquiries received through this website. Forms collect the contact and riding details you provide: name, email, telephone, date, level, experience, motorcycle, tyres, equipment and message. Required fields support replies and planning the day; without them, the enquiry cannot be handled properly.
Why these details?
Training and quotation enquiries support the pre-contractual steps requested by the customer, then delivery of the service. Requested workshop updates rely on your consent, which you can withdraw by email. Site security serves the legitimate interest of protecting the service. An enquiry does not subscribe you to a general newsletter. Olivier reviews enquiries; the website makes no automated booking decisions.
Recipients and retention
Enquiries are intended for GTE. Netlify provides hosting and technical form processing; correspondence also passes through the email service used to reply. Retention depends on handling the enquiry, the service and applicable legal obligations. Exact deletion schedules for forms and messages remain to be formalised. You can request details using the contact above.
Providers and transfers
Technical providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Netlify publishes a data processing agreement that includes standard contractual clauses for relevant transfers. The arrangements applicable to services used by GTE must be checked in the corresponding contracts.
Netlify · DPAYour rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data and, where GDPR conditions apply, restriction, objection or portability. You can withdraw consent where it is the processing basis, without retroactive effect. Contact GTE to exercise these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
Autorité de protection des données / Data Protection AuthorityThe Facebook feed on the homepage is optional and remains unloaded until you choose to show it. Loading it connects your browser to Meta/Facebook, which may receive your IP address and browser information and use cookies under its own policies. You can hide the feed to stop displaying it; this does not delete cookies already set by Facebook. External websites apply their own policies when you open them.
Netlify performance monitoring
Netlify adds real user monitoring to measure loading and responsiveness (Core Web Vitals). Its documentation states that this monitoring does not require client cookies. This is performance monitoring, not advertising or Meta tracking. The site also stores your language preference locally in your browser.
